Story
My name is Dr. Marvin Dunn, historian and retired professor. I am raising funds to support my lawsuit to prevent the giveaway of valuable land that belongs to Miami Dade College. The land would be given to build the Donald J. Trump presidential library, hotel and condos on Biscayne Blvd. The lawsuit charges the Miami Dade College Board of Trustees with violation of the Florida Sunshine law, which requires that the public is given reasonable notice of their planned actions. The Court has issued an injunction which temporarily halts the transfer of land. The Court requires Dr. Dunn to post a $150,000 bond within ten days in order for the case to proceed.
